April 2025:    

Our group expanded its regional presence with the formation of a Chinese entity, HjenCo Business Consulting (Shenzhen) Pte Ltd 镇柯商业咨询 (深圳) 有限公司, in Shenzhen, China.
 

This strategic move enables us to address the unique needs of our Chinese clients while positioning us to navigate global business complexities and deliver greater value in an interconnected world.

Shenzhen is renowned for its rapid technological advancement, robust financial ecosystem, and significant contribution to global market share. As a key driver of China’s high-tech industry and home to many of the world’s leading technology firms, the city offers unparalleled access to cutting-edge developments, talent, and strategic partnerships.

Being incorporated in one of China’s most dynamic economic and innovation hubs places us at the heart of this vibrant ecosystem. It enhances our ability to collaborate with industry leaders, leverage local innovations, and play a proactive role in shaping the future of global business.   

April 2025: A newly formed subsidiary, HjenCo Consulting Pte. Ltd., will take on the role of the management consulting company and concentrate on providing consulting solutions.

March 2025:  As part of its strategic diversification, the group has decided to enter the rapidly growing LED videowall industry. Recognizing the vast potential in this sector, the group formed HjenCo Technologies Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company, to provide cutting-edge visual solutions across Asia. By leveraging Singapore’s business-friendly environment, robust infrastructure, and access to global markets, Hjen & Co aims to deliver innovative LED videowall products & services that meet the evolving needs of clients across multiple industries. This move aligns with the group’s commitment to growth, technological advancement, and delivering exceptional value to its stakeholders. 

February 2025: Hjen & Co Pte. Ltd. underwent strategic restructuring. As a result of this restructuring, Hjen & Co Pte. Ltd. has now assumed a group holding function.

This shift allows Hjen & Co to streamline operations and adopt a more focused and specialized approach and enables the group holding company to assume a governance and oversight role.

We are confident that this move will enhance efficiency, drive growth, and strengthen our ability to serve our clients with greater precision and agility. We are excited about the new opportunities this transition presents for both our group and the clients we are privileged to work with.

September 2023: To better serve our clients more efficiently in the Greater China market, a Hong Kong office, Hjen & Co (HK) Limited 镇柯企业 (香港) 有限公司, was established, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth and expansion. This strategic move into Hong Kong SAR allows us to better serve clients in China and the Hong Kong SAR, leveraging the region's strong economy, connectivity, and business-friendly environment.
