Mr. THAM Chee Soon serves as Senior Advisor to Hjen & Co. He advises the company's management consulting service on tax and audit matters. 

Hjen & Co has a collaboration arrangement with iCFO Advisors Pte Ltd founded by Chee Soon, FCA (Singapore), US CPA, CPA Australia, CFA. He is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Singapore. iCFO Advisors supports Hjen & Co in areas such as accounting & tax advisory, financial due diligence, liquidation, internal audit and outsourced finance support services.

An industry veteran with 31 years with a Big 4 international accounting firm, Chee Soon decided to take early retirement effective 30 June 2018 from his position as an audit partner and thereafter set up iCFO Advisors in October 2018. He has experience in both US GAAP and IFRS, in addition to Singapore FRS.

He had served audit clients in various sectors, including technology, diversified industrial products, insurance and real estate investment trusts, both Singapore-listed companies and major MNCs with operations in Singapore. He also has international experience, having lived and worked for a number of years in New Orleans and Boston, United States of America and in Moscow, Russia.

Currently, Chee Soon is serving as either a Director or as a member of the Audit Committee for 4 not-for-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)'s Investigation & Disciplinary Panel.

He enjoys playing golf and admires the golf talents of Tiger Woods, and he is a keen supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
